Refund policy
At Tennessee Valley Pecan Company, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason other than a damaged or defective product. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within three business days of delivery for a resolution. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Products damaged due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Packages marked as 'delivered' by the carrier but not received
- Customer preferences (e.g., flavor or size dislike)
Once an item leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or loss. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and current before placing your order.

If the product you received is defective, we will issue a replacement or refund the amount of your purchase.
As our shipping policy states, Tennessee Valley Pecan Company cannot be responsible for delivery issues after items have shipped from our facility.
