How to Place Your Order

Visit our website at: to view products and important information. To place your order by phone, please call our toll free number at: 855-353-1880 and have your credit card handy. Those who prefer to order by mail or fax may download our order form at this link. Residents who would like expedited service at our physical retail location may place their order online and select a date and time to pick up their item(s) in person (curbside during COVID-19 pandemic). Shipping Charges 

Tennessee Valley Pecan Company is pleased to offer competitive shipping rates to fit most budgets. We no longer offer standard free shipping because we elected to lower product costs and the overall cost to you. When placing your order online or by phone, you can select up-to-the-minute calculated rates. If paying by mail, please calculate our standard shipping rate based upon the weight of the items you are shipping. Item weight is displayed on the order form; simply add the weight, use the chart to find the corresponding shipping rate for each location, and add that amount to the total before sending your check or money order.

Requested Delivery Dates

As indicated in our shipping policy, requested delivery dates are approximate. The date is intended to provide our shipping department with a timeline that allows us to more closely meet your needs. Please allow extra shipping time during November and December as this is peak shipping season for both our company and USPS. If no date is requested, we will ship as soon as possible.

Double Check Your Addresses

We understand how frustrating it can be to have a package get returned and we want to mitigate that risk. Please note that because we ship USPS, we can deliver to PO, APO, and FPO box destinations at standard shipping rates. Incorrect or incomplete address information will delay shipment. If you discover that an address is incorrect after it has shipped, our store can no longer take action. Additional information about address issues is available here.

Pricing & Availability

During peak season, our supply may become stressed. Therefore, quantities are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will substitute with a product of equal or greater value at no additional charge. Our team works diligently to mitigate this possibility, but the risk of an item selling out before our system updates online is greater the closer we get to the winter holidays.

Prices may change without notice, due to shifts in the pecan market.

Merging Orders

If you place more than one order to the same address and would like to combine orders to decrease the amount of tracking numbers that are e-mailed to you, consolidate packaging, etc., please contact our office by e-mail at: or call us at: 855-353-1880 to alert us to your request. Our office reserves the right to merge orders placed before the next shipping pick-up, when items are going to the same destination. Please note that orders cannot be merged after one of the orders has already shipped. 


Our pecans and pecan products are processed in a manufacturing facility that contains Peanuts, Milk, Eggs, Tree Nuts, Wheat, and Soybeans. 

Changes to Orders

Please note that changes to orders after they have been placed may delay shipping and delivery.
