  • Checkout Selection: At checkout, you must select an estimated delivery day within the Thanksgiving or Christmas delivery window.

  • Freshness & On-Time Shipping: To ensure every order is fulfilled on time with the highest quality pecans, our team will begin shipping orders and scheduling deliveries in the week(s) leading up to each delivery window.

  • Retail Store Policy: Because we are operating on a pre-order-only model, we will not carry excess inventory inside our retail store. In-store store visits are reserved strictly for special accommodations arranged in advance (such as picking up a hostess gift or preparing for early out-of-town travel).
