At Tennessee Valley Pecan Company, we are committed to your 100% satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please reach out to us to arrange for a replacement or store credit. 

Due to COVID-19 precautions, the shipment and return of food items have changed. We can no longer accept the physical return of our gourmet food products. So we may best address the issue, please contact us within 30 days of product arrival so our staff may help you. 

If the product you received is defective, we will issue a replacement or refund the amount of your purchase. 

As stated in our shipping policy, Tennessee Valley Pecan Company cannot be responsible for delivery issues after items have shipped from our facility.
