If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please reach out to us to arrange for a replacement or store credit. If the product you received is defective, we will issue a replacement or refund the amount of your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns.

As stated in our shipping policy, Tennessee Valley Pecan Company cannot be responsible for delivery issues after items have shipped from our facility.
