3 Easy Candied Pecan Recipes

If you’re looking for a tasty treat to add to your next meal or snack, candied pecans are a great choice. Not only are they delicious, but they’re also extremely easy to make. Here are three simple recipes that you can whip up in no time. 

 

Classic Candied Pecans

Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine one cup of mammoth pecan halves, two tablespoons of melted butter, and one-third cup of brown sugar. Add a little bit of salt for flavor, if desired. Spread the pecans on a non-stick baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring them halfway through cooking time. When they’re golden brown, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool. Enjoy your delicious candied pecans! 

 

Cinnamon-sugar Candied Pecans

Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine one cup of mammoth pecan halves with ¼ cup of sugar, one tablespoon of cinnamon, and two tablespoons of melted butter. Spread the mixture on a non-stick baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, stirring them halfway through cooking time. Remove the pecans from the oven and allow them to cool. Sprinkle with a little bit more sugar and cinnamon if desired. Enjoy! 

 

Honey Roasted Candied Pecans

Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, combine one cup of mammoth pecan halves, two tablespoons of melted butter, two tablespoons of honey, one teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Spread the mixture on a non-stick baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, stirring them halfway through cooking time. Remove the pecans from the oven and allow them to cool. Drizzle with a little bit more honey if desired. Delightful!
