Our wine club was serving Spanish wines. I read that gingerbread is a great accompaniment for Port. I served the Gingerbread Toffee Mix along with your fabulous Bourbon Pecan Pie. What a huge success. The hostess was so impressed, I sent her a container of the nuts as a gift. Now she tells everyone how much she loves my nuts.
